“Bank” here refers to the site that hold your earning (also known as “payment processor”). Think of it like an online saving account. Your account is usually identified with email address. When you request payouts or cashouts from PTC sites, you will be asked for the payment processor you choose and the corresponding email address. Once verified, your money will be sent to this virtual bank. If you want, you can then withdraw that money to your real bank account, or just use them directly to shop online.
